Terms of Sale

These terms cover anything you buy from Beyond the Screenshot at beyondthescreenshot.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything's unclear, email me before you buy.

1. Who you're buying from

Beyond the Screenshot is run by Bob Moore. You can reach me at support@beyondthescreenshot.com. Mailing address available on request.

2. What you're buying

  • Beyond the Screenshot (the course): $27, one payment. It includes the video lessons and lesson pages, the Beyond the Screenshot Lesson Guide (PDF), the Companion Workbook (PDF), the 30-Day Action Plan (PDF) and The Screenshot Reality Check (PDF).

  • The First Offer Toolkit (optional add-on): $17, one payment. It's offered only as a checkbox on the checkout page. It includes a PDF guide, two editable spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and two editable Word templates.

Prices are in USD. Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location and added to the price; no sales tax is charged elsewhere unless required by law. Both are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and you won't be charged again.

3. Payment and access

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our course platform, systeme.io. We never see or store your full card details.

  • Straight after your purchase, you'll get an email with your login. The course opens in stages: the Start Here section, the Welcome, Module 1 and all the course PDFs on the day you buy; Module 2 on day 3; Module 3 on day 10; and Module 4 on day 17.

  • If you bought the First Offer Toolkit, you'll get a separate email with a link to download its files.

  • How long you have access: for as long as the course is offered. If I ever decide to retire it, I'll email you at least 12 months beforehand, so you have plenty of time to finish the lessons and download your PDFs and Toolkit files.

4. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

The course: if you decide Beyond the Screenshot isn't for you, email me at support@beyondthescreenshot.com within 30 days of your purchase and I'll refund your money.

The First Offer Toolkit: the Toolkit comes with the same 30-day money-back guarantee as the course: email me at support@beyondthescreenshot.com within 30 days of your purchase and I'll refund your money.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take a few business days to show them. Once a purchase is refunded, its course access or Toolkit access is removed.

5. Your licence: personal use

Everything you buy is for your own personal use.

  • You may watch, read, print and use the materials for yourself, and you may edit the Toolkit's templates and spreadsheets for your own business.

  • You may not share your login, or copy, share, resell, give away or redistribute the course, videos, PDFs or Toolkit files, in whole or in part.

  • No resale, private label (PLR), white-label or giveaway rights are included with any purchase.

The course videos are used under licence. The written materials and the Toolkit are Copyright 2026 Bob Moore.

6. No promise of income

Beyond the Screenshot is education. I don't promise or guarantee that you'll earn any money, or any particular amount. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, experience, market and many other things outside my control. Please read the full Earnings Disclaimer.

7. Not professional advice

The course and Toolkit are general education. They're not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. For those, please talk to a qualified professional where you live.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
